Online and Mobile Banking Update

Effective January 13, 2016

As of January 13, 2016, online banking will no longer support Windows XP or Android devices using operating system KitKat 4.4 or older. The Credit Union wants to do everything possible to keep member information safe. We must discontinue support for Windows XP because it does not support the newest security protocols needed to prevent certain vulnerabilities in your devices. Visit this page for more details.

Effective August 18, 2015

On August 18, 2015, online banking will be getting a new look! A few new features will be included in this update, but no new login information is required. A new app, however, will need to be downloaded.

Internet Explorer 9 No Longer Supported By MoneyDesktop

Effective August 14, 2015

As of August 14, 2015, MoneyDesktop will no longer support Internet Explorer 9. Widgets can still be used, but MoneyDesktop will no longer fix any issues that come up with Internet Explorer 9.

Phone System Update

Effective early August, 2015

Changes will be made to the phone system in early August. A change that impacts Members is requiring account numbers when they call in. This is to protect the security of Members' accounts.

Windows XP No Longer Supported by Online Banking

Effective August 1, 2015

As of August 1, 2015, online banking will no longer support Windows XP. We want to do everything that is possible to keep Member information safe. Windows XP does not support some of the newer security protocols needed to prevent certain vulnerabilities. Microsoft has terminated security updates to Windows XP, which will create more security issues as well.
