Scammers are actively impersonating the Credit Union's fraud text alerts. Scammers are asking you to verify purchases. Once you text "NO", the scammer will attempt to contact you. If this happens, please, do not respond to the text or the call. Instead, call us at (865)544-5400 and press "1" for after hours card support. And don't forget, our card fraud text alerts will come from a 5-digit code, not a phone number!
