Important Updates to our Skip-A-Payment

We understand COVID-19 may have financially impacted some of our Members, and we want to help. If your Skip-A-Payment request is related to COVID-19, we will waive the usual $35 fee for Skip-A-Payment. We also extended how Skip-A-Payment may be applied to other services. In addition to auto loans, recreational loans, and personal loans, Skip-A-Payment can now be applied on credit cards and line-of-credit loans. In addition, given the current situation, we are allowing Members to exercise up to three Skip-A-Payments over a rolling 12-month period, instead of two over a rolling 12-month period.

Fill out the below form to request Skip-A-Payment. Or call (865)544-5400 to talk to us about your situation.

Skip-a-Payment Disclaimer - COVID-19 Pandemic: Federally insured by NCUA. Skip-A-Payment is not valid on real estate or business loans. All qualifying loans must be current and in good standing. Maximum number of 3 skips are allowed per rolling 12-month period. Ineligible loans will not be deferred. Credit Union will not be responsible for any payments, deposits, or other communications of forms lost in mail. Skip-A-Payment is subject to Credit Union approval. By utilizing Skip-A-Payment, you acknowledge that KTVAECU will be extending your loan and final payment by one month on each loan designated. Interest will continue to accrue on your loan during the month that you skip your payment. If a GAP Waiver insurance policy was purchased at the origination or during the course of the loan, doing any Skip-A-Payment may have an adverse impact as to how a GAP claim is paid by the GAP insurance carrier. The Credit Union will not be liable for any denial of GAP benefits created by Skip-A-Payment products.
