KTVAECU® continuously works towards making your experience with us as friendly, convenient, and seamless as possible. I am excited to announce we will undergo a System Upgrade from May 30 - June 2, 2025, to provide you with the latest banking technology.
BE ALERT!
While our branches and Call Center will be closed for System Upgrades after 6:00 PM on Friday, May 30 through June 2, fraudsters will still be active. During the System Upgrade period, please err on the side of caution and do not respond, click, or interact with suspicious notifications or alerts!
Debit and credit cards will be monitored for suspicious activity during the System Upgrade period, and the text alert will come from a 5-digit shortcode. If you suspect card fraud activity on your card(s), call (865) 544-5400 and press option "4".

Our System Upgrade from May 30 through June 2, 2025, includes a new Online Banking platform and Mobile App. When we emerge on June 3, you will have access to a clean, modern look with new features to make managing your money even easier!
NEW USERNAME & PASSWORD
REQUIRED ON JUNE 3
Regardless of whether you already have a digital banking username or password set up now, on June 3, you will need to create a new username and password. You will be prompted to create your new credentials the first time you log in to online banking or our mobile app.
