KTVAECU® continuously works towards making your experience with us as friendly, convenient, and seamless as possible. I am excited to announce we will undergo a System Upgrade from May 30 - June 2, 2025, to provide you with the latest banking technology.

BE ALERT! 
While our branches and Call Center will be closed for System Upgrades after 6:00 PM on Friday, May 30 through June 2, fraudsters will still be active. During the System Upgrade period, please err on the side of caution and do not respond, click, or interact with suspicious notifications or alerts! 

Debit and credit cards will be monitored for suspicious activity during the System Upgrade period, and the text alert will come from a 5-digit shortcode. If you suspect card fraud activity on your card(s), call (865) 544-5400 and press option "4". 

If you have questions, visit our website or social media. Our branches and Call Center will reopen on June 3.

PREPARE FOR OUR SYSTEM UPGRADE

NOW THROUGH FRIDAY, MAY 30

  1. Mark the dates of the System Upgrade to your calendar!
  2. Verify your contact information by calling, logging into Online Banking/Mobile App, or visiting any of our branch locations!
    1. Primary phone number
    2. Email address
    3. Mailing address
    4. Any joint accounts on which you are listed
  3. Stay in the know! Follow us on social media to track and get the most current details of our digital transformation!

BEFORE 6:00 PM ON FRIDAY, MAY 30

  1. Check your account balances and make a note (save a screen print). You will not be able to check them until the system upgrade is completed on Tuesday, June 3.
  2. Schedule or make any changes to previously scheduled transfers, payments, or bill payments. You will be unable to log in to digital banking (online or mobile banking) until Tuesday, June 3.
  3. For payments scheduled through Bill Pay during the System Upgrade, we recommend moving the effective date to May 29 or earlier.
  4. Deposits and Balance Inquiries will be unavailable until the system upgrade is completed on Tuesday, June 3.
  5. While Credit and Debit Cards will work as usual during the System Upgrade, we recommend carrying some cash during this period.

DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION 
NEW ACCOUNT VIEW

On June 3, after the System Upgrade, you will have a more complete view of your accounts in online and mobile banking. On June 3, you will see all accounts on which you are listed as an owner, including joint accounts, under your individual Online and Mobile Banking username and password. For joint owners who do not currently have an individual Online and Mobile Banking username and password, you will have a chance to create your new login credentials on June 3.

Currently, all accounts with the same username and password are visible in online banking and the mobile app, regardless of who is the primary or joint account owner.

On June 3, you will create an individual digital banking username and password. When you login with your individual credentials, you'll only see accounts you are listed as a primary or joint owner.

Our System Upgrade from May 30 through June 2, 2025, includes a new Online Banking platform and Mobile App. When we emerge on June 3, you will have access to a clean, modern look with new features to make managing your money even easier!

HOW TO GET THE NEW APP

On June 3, our new app will be available as an update for iPhone users. Depending on your settings, your app may automatically update. For Android users, you will need to download the new app from the Google Play Store.

NEW USERNAME & PASSWORD
REQUIRED ON JUNE 3 

Regardless of whether you already have a digital banking username or password set up now, on June 3, you will need to create a new username and password. You will be prompted to create your new credentials the first time you log in to online banking or our mobile app. 

TIPS:

  • Each person on an account will need to register as a new user with an individual login. 
  • To register with the new app and online banking, you'll need to verify your account with your account number, card number, or social security number. Make sure your personal information is up to date now for a smoother re-registration later!
