How to add your card to your digital wallet:
1. Log in to the KTVAECU® mobile app.
2. Select Control My Card in the menu.
3. Click Add to Apple Pay for iOS users or Add to Google Pay for Android users.
4. Tap Add card to your digital wallet.
5. Complete card verification and select Next.
6. Agree to terms and conditions, and you're done!

Important Updates for Apple® Phone and Device Users:
As of July 11, 2023, our mobile app will no longer support Apple iOS software version 13 or older. If you are using any of these past versions, you will still be able to use our mobile app. However, you must update your Apple phone or device software to Apple iOS 14 or newer before you’ll be able to download the most recent versions of our mobile app. The newest version of our mobile app allows you to get optimum viewing and fuller functionality of our convenient mobile app features.
It’s easy to update your Apple device software. Just follow these four steps:
1. Go to Settings
2. Tap General
3. Then select Software Update
4. Click Download and Install

4Card transactions can only be authorized on cards in Control My Card unfreeze status. The cardholder is responsible for setting freeze and unfreeze status' on eligible cards through Control My Card app.
