90th Birthday

I have been a Member since 2012. Receiving this award totally unexpected, was a surprise. I really appreciate this, Knoxville TVA Employees Credit Union is the best ever.

I have been a Member at TVA for 7 years and this $500.00 means a lot to my family and me. They are the best bank around.

I recently opened my credit card account, but have been a Member through multiple car loans for around 5 years now. When I first saw the email about the $500.00, I thought there was no way it was legit, but it was! Getting some of my credit card debt paid off is a huge help for me and my family, especially after missing work from the recent snow we had. Thanks again for the amazing surprise!

I want to thank the Credit Union! This helped me replace my heating unit! I appreciate you so much- thank you, thank you! I was able to pay to have it replaced without any worries!

We have been Members of TVA Credit Union since we got married in 2005. They have always taken great care of us, whether is be checking, savings, car loans, or credit cards. We own a farm and have 2 boys involved in sports, so this $500.00 will help out tremendously. We can't thank them enough for always being there for us when we need something!

I don’t know the exact years, but it’s been a while. I work full-time and love helping people. I have a huge heart that shows all the time by helping others with different things. We've been with KTVAECU for at least 10 years or so. We absolutely love banking with them because it's always super easy and everyone has always been helpful and kind and always met our needs or wants. The app is always very easy and so handy. I have been a Member of the TVA family for at least 35 years. TVA Employees are always so courteous and helpful, whether it is in the branch or on the phone system. Plus, the fraud department is second to none. Each member of our family has had either a credit card or debit card compromised at some point, and the fraud department caught them immediately, and then worked closely with us to get the incidents resolved. I was so excited and so grateful to have received this Visa Card credit! Plus, the notification call came in the night before my birthday. What a generous gift! My husband and I have been researching home improvement projects, and this credit will be a great incentive for us to move forward in deciding how to spend it. Just wanted to give TVA Credit Union a HUGE THANK YOU. What a surprise phone call! This is going to help me so much, between the cold winter months and surgery that I have to have, I will make it through. It couldn't have come at a better time.
